Eudy’s Cabinet Mfg, Inc warrants its cabinets to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal residential usage to the original purchaser of the cabinetry for as long as they own their home. This warranty is subject to the exceptions, disclaimers, limitations and other terms and conditions listed below, and is non-transferable.

Natural woods have many unique characteristics such as mineral streaks, knots, grain patterns, etc, and cabinetry that contains such characteristics will not be considered defective. Wood varies in color and may exhibit color changes as it ages. Cabinet colors darken or lighten over time due to sunlight, smoke, household cleaners and other environmental conditions. Painted face frames and other painted products may eventually have visible cracking around the joint areas. These variations are considered natural characteristics of the material in relation to their environment and are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty shall become void if Eudy’s products are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly stored, changed, modified or subjected to extreme moisture levels or the effects of normal wear and tear. It does not apply to cabinetry ordered and purchased unfinished.

In keeping with our policy of continued product improvement, Eudy’s reserves rights to change product specifications without notice. Eudy’s also reserves the rights to substitute discontinued products with the most similar styling, wood species and color available. 
If a product must be replaced, Eudy’s cannot guarantee the exact finish match to the existing product due to color calibration adjustments and the natural aging process of wood.
